Chief Cedric Brown Selected to Present at MASA Spring 2026 Leadership Conference
Yazoo City Municipal School District is proud to announce that Chief Cedric Brown, Executive Director of Transportation and Chief of Campus Police, has been selected to present at the MASA Spring 2026 Leadership Conference on March 2, 2026.
The MASA Spring Leadership Conference convenes school leaders from across the state to engage in professional learning focused on effective leadership, innovation, and student success. Selection to present at the conference reflects recognition of exemplary leadership practices and impactful work occurring within the district.
He will present a session titled “Keep Our Schools Safe”, highlighting essential school safety measures designed to promote a secure learning environment. The session will share strategies and lessons learned that can be applied by school leaders across diverse educational settings.
