🎉 Congratulations, Bettie E. Woolfolk Middle School! 🎉
Bettie E. Woolfolk Middle School has been recognized as a REACH MS Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Tier 1 Model Site for the 2025–2026 school year, marking a significant achievement for the school and its staff.
The designation recognizes the school’s successful implementation of PBIS systems designed to promote positive student behavior and reduce disciplinary issues. As a Tier 1 Model Site, Bettie E. Woolfolk Middle School demonstrated strong, schoolwide practices that support a positive and structured learning environment.
In recognition of the achievement, the school will receive a $500 incentive, a REACH MS Model Site banner, and lapel pins for staff members. The school will also be added to the REACH MS list of model sites, serving as a resource and example for other schools across Mississippi interested in implementing effective Schoolwide PBIS practices.
REACH MS Model Sites are required to maintain their status by meeting ongoing expectations, including the regular submission of Office Discipline Referral data each nine-week period.
School leaders say the recognition reflects the collective efforts of teachers, administrators, and staff who remain committed to supporting student success through positive behavior systems.
