Yazoo City Schools will dismiss early today, April 18th, due to the weather. We will begin dismissing students at 11:30 am.


Yazoo City Municipal School District welcomes Dr. Frederick Hill. He was sworn in as the new Superintendent of Education at the February 12th school board meeting.

The Yazoo City Municipal School District serves students at six school campuses: Webster Elementary, McCoy Elementary, Woolfolk Middle, Yazoo City High School, Alternative Learning Center and the Larry Summers Vocational Center.
